In addition to a flyable “E” model, we have our own project “D” model. Here is a picture of the Crew after moving the “D” into its new home prior to the start of the restoration. This plane has sat outside for no one knows how many years with the cockpit windows open and/or broken. Floorboards were rotted in the cockpit and around the rear door. All engine hoses were brittle and in bad shape and the radios were of the Marconi era. That is just some of the horrors we found.
